Neighborhood Teams consist of community members and agency partners located in and primarily focused on serving the neighborhood. Neighborhood Teams:

• advocate for identified needs
• work with the Parish Anchor Team to build a network of accessible services and supports
• establish relationships, share experiences, support one another, and build family and community resiliency.
